Historic Philadelphia, Inc., a nonprofit Pennsylvania corporation, operates The Betsy Ross House. Historic Philadelphia, Inc. is an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This solicitation and all contributions are deemed made in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The official registration and financial information of Historic Philadelphia, Inc. may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll free, within Pennsylvania, 1 (800) 732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.

At a donor's request, Historic Philadelphia, Inc. will provide a written acknowledgment of a contribution made for the benefit of The Betsy Ross House.
