Free Family Programs at the Betsy Ross House

Just around the corner from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, the Betsy Ross House is alive with the sights and sounds of colonial Philadelphia.

Daily Schedule March 2010

  • Meet Betsy Ross in her newly renovated upholstery shop 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
  • Story Time Sundays with Betsy continue at 11 a.m. Sundays, March 7, 14, 21 & 28; hear stories from Betsy's life, as well as 18th century children's tales and participate in a craft project.
  • Springtime Crafting Fun
    Join us during your spring break and enjoy free make-and-take crafts for kids from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. each day from March 27 - April 10.
  • Re-covering the Past: The Upholstery Trade in Colonial Philadelphia continues in the gallery.
